Going into the school year the same way you did last year is not an option. It's up to you to take charge of your current situation by interrogating what it truly means to prioritize yourself.

Self Care University is a program that includes 6 weeks of intentional small group coaching that will focus on providing you with the tools you need to transform how you show up for yourself both inside and outside of the classroom.

I've been there, I know it's difficult for you as an educator...

Hey, hey! I'm Kayland!

I am a Teacher Self Care Coach and I empower educators by helping them improve their self-care practices and boundary setting so that they are able to combat burnout. I teach educators how to focus on their overall wellness through reflection and empowerment strategies.

Take a moment to ask yourself...

  • Are you an educator looking for a safe space to grow and learn about your own personal needs?

  • Do you love teaching but you are on the brink of burnout?

  • Have you had a hard time implementing self-care during the school year?

  • Do you need help creating healthy boundaries?

  • Are you in need of additional support and accountability to maintain your wellbeing?

  • Do you work in a toxic environment in which you are need help navigating?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this program may be for you!
